I was about to do a light Tent or light box made out of PVC and ordinary white paper but i have no time for it right now... i just want to experiment on the reflective technique introduce by Dean Cornell one of the distinguish medium format photographer who's style and technique change the photography world..using just one light source...
so instead , i used the bathroom and turn off the light and use the flash light as a main source of light for my stock photography ( Hard light), Well , i did not follow his 5 basic platform..ha ha...Since am not using a medium format...so there is no front light either or flash used...i used the photoshop to bring out the warm colors , and put a diffuser on the bottom (ordinary bond paper!! lol ! ) why spend a lot of money anyway on diffuser filter and reflective cloth when we can use the photoshop to do the job?
too bad he died before photoshop was introduce to the photography world...if only Dean Cornell and Ansel Adams was still alive today? i am pretty sure both of them would love to used it..

Close door bathroom no lights..

Technical Aspect :

Nikon D40 APS-C Frame Format
LED strobe flash light as the main source of light positioned behind the product...

Base diffuser :
Bond paper or you can use a black trash plastic put on top of a shallow tray filled with little water and small dry ice to do a nice white matting effect on the product..

Filter :
Photo filter on PSCS to make warm tones...
Lens : Tamron 18-300mm
Mode : Manual
ISO: 200
Apperture : 8
Shutter Speed : 3 seconds
Tripod : yes
Flash : Did not fire
Cost ? $ 1.10 LED flash light and bond paper bought on dollar store..
