Trivia:
This building was the first campus of Singapore Polytechic. Til date it has not been torn down, one of the stories passed on were that it was due to some forces beyond our world. The government has mentioned on many occasions that they intend to take this plot of land back. In recent years their plans for it, was to establish a boutique hotel to house visitors to the IR.

Pictures of my office building (Bestway Building), taken on the day i went for my interview close to 2 years ago. Time to close a chapter in my life.
This little secluded building in the main strip of the business district of Singapore used to be the very first campus location of Singapore Polytechnic.
The current mix of tenants are really interesting. After Singapore Poly moved to their Dover Road location, this building housed mainly shipping companies and companies relating to the shipping trade. This was due to the location to the port.
The tenant mix now includes mainly companies relating to the shipping trade & private institutions. There is also a private investigator firm, IT firms, MLM branch office (I suspect for Amway), animation studio, advertising agency among others.
In fact up til the rent increase, there was even a unit leased out to the Church of Joy.
