Things Are Looking Better

Photoblog seems to be functioning well now after a terrible week of various problems. The launch of our new version was anything but smooth, but hopefully everything will be fine from now on. We're working daily on various sections of the service. If you experience any problems, please email support@photoblog.com with a description of the problem and what browser/operating system you use.

Good luck with the fixes guys, I know what a struggle it can be.

I really like this web site, and will keep using it as long as the core features are reliable.

Here's a couple of suggestions I hope will help. First, find someone to go out hard to turn a profit from your work. I'd hate to see you go under with a great product.

Second (if you're not already), how about getting some "friendlys" to test your beta releases. Beware the urge to make too many rapid changes. Most of us want a stable product before new features.

I'd be willing to give you a hand here.

Thanks for the comments and advice. We're definitely going to do that from now on. No more complete makeovers.

Also, we're not looking for a profit. As long as we can cover or almost cover the costs every month, we're perfectly fine with that.

I hope you enjoy Photoblog, and that it serves you better from now on.

Thanks for your efforts, a lot! I understand the glitches and it would be foolish to complain given your sweating blood and tears to keep the site going.

Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I really appreciate your effort and know it would be foolish to complain: the service is free and it comes at a great expense to you and your friend.

Thanks for the kind words guys. We just hope the worst is behind us. =)

You all produce amazing work.
