Sadly, there isn't anyone to spend Memorial Day with anymore. Everyone is either busy or gone. The boys left yesterday for I'm not even sure how long and Mindy doesn't have her girls. Nikki went with a friend to do the Boulder Bolder and I believe that Jeremiah has a booth down there and I think that Rachel may be helping him or hopefully is getting a little time to herself while Ammy sleeps. Sean called this morning and he is working today too. It was great to hear from him. We decided to plant some flowers to make the yard look prettier.

I used to spend Memorial Day at the lake with my mom, grandma and my siblings when I was at home. I miss my grandmother's homemade ice cream and pies which she would make before we left home. My mom would make a wonderful lunch.
