Aaaahhhh Sunday. This morning the girls and I went to brunch at Little Larder at Newfarm. It was soooooo good! We stayed for about an hour and a half before heading down ot New Farm bowls club for an afternoon of lawn bowls and cheap beer! It was heaps of fun and turns out I'm actually really good at bowling - a few of the members even asked if I could play for them! lol. After bowls we headed back to Georgia and Dave's place for a while too which was reeally nice - sooo want my own apartment oh if only.

I've been working with money for something like four years now. I hate it, but the world is in love with it. Its too bad. My ring tone for any business call is "Money" by Pink Floyd, to remind me how much it runs the world (as if I need any reminder). Ooh, clever huh? A quiet day today. Went to pump this morning and then chilled out the rest of the day. Hanging out with my family was a little boring but since my dad has been sick I just felt like it was what i wanted to do. Only problem is the fridge gets frequented much more when I'm slightly bored!

Day 185: Project 365 So, we drove down to El Cajon for a 4th of July party/Baby shower party. It was awesome being up in the hills!! We could see about 7 different firework shows from up there, like del mar's and the casino's. It was really cool!!!

Today I went dress shopping after work and ended up buying togs (hello Kirsten it's winter!). Oh well they're pretty, they were on sale and hopefully they'll keep me motivated to keep going to the gym throughout winter! Neil has 4th of July drinks at his place too where we got to talk to Liam and Wade via Skype and also saw Cathy's photos from Europe.

Woke up this morning after the craziness of last night. Still no words. After a side-trip to Denny's to retrieve a very important lost item (which was left there by the Cinco around 12:30am), headed to my Grandma's for a BBQ. Basically played with my aunt's puppies, Bosco and Bailey all day (oh my, how they got big!) I forgot my bathing suit too, so I was stuck. Some bickering among the siblings, but other than that it was an okay day. Then once I got home I went over to Sara's to see HER new puppy, Riley. So much puppyness in one day!

I spent mine working 5 to midnight. Its been three years running now - can't break tradition! I guess this year I didn't miss much, they canceled the city fireworks because of the flood. I did have a view of the Gems fireworks from the sidewalk, though. Hope you all had a good one! Todays featured art is: "Painting Stardust" by Littlemewhatever.
