We decorated for our homeless QuarryCats this past week and gave them all some toys along with their food.

A couple new ones have appeared this week. What kind of person abandons their cat the week of Christmas?

On another note... I have agonized over whether to post this, but a few of you wonderful people have asked about how you could help, so...

The QuarryCats now have their own website. I have set it up to accept donations via Paypal and try to help adopt out some of the cats that are able to be adopted.

It costs about $60.00 per day to feed the cats. A shelter for a cat costs about $30.00 to build. Just to spay/neuter one cat is around $90.00. Current spending is $2,000 to $3,000 just to care for the cats for one month. This all comes out of our pockets.

I know times are tough, but if anyone cares to make a donation that would be much appreciated.

All the goodness you bless these beautiful cats with will eventually make it's way to you. You're a wonderful person with such a huge heart...btw, have you ever contacted any of the cat food companies for donations? I'm pretty sure some of them would be interested in the situation and would be more than happy to donate some cases of food if you shared your story and gave them a link to your site.
