PEACE on Earth

Although I am not Christian, I am very much attracted to the concept of PEACE on earth, and goodwill towards men. I went out tonight in the 30 degree weather to take some pics that expressed that. But what I don't get, is why it can't last the whole year, and not just be but one day?

Change the Battery Pack is the picture below, and the camera went dark. Despite my best intentions, my outing was finished for tonight. I don't have a spare battery and I was not going out again later. Figures!

Bell Ringer was taken earlier in the day. You could hear him ho ho hoing all the way, far back into the store. He really believed in what he was doing.
