While it's Snowing Here in the Mountains......

...the rain and the way cooler weather keep these flowers on coming. Above: the red hot pokers, (I know, LOL) are growing !! Below: the variant on the foxglove produces cool flowers that transition from pink, to yellow to green buds.....

I tried to put myself in the picture with these hollyhocks for a height of reference (that now measure almost 6 feet tall), but I couldn't get the angle right. Dunno what color they will be this year, this plant is completely new growth from a stray seed. In the foreground are fragrant ink-purple penstemmons.......
