Summer, one of the chefs at Project Angelheart, made pumpkin brownies and asked if we, the volunteers, wanted to taste them. We have never been known to pass up food, especially of the dessert variety.....well, I have to get the recipe, the scaled down version (cause she made it en masse for large quantities of people). They tasted so good, I decided I would get a shot of them. In the process of focusing the camera ----

Victor just had to have seconds........They tasted almost like chocolate pudding squares. Yum!!!

I went through all the photos I used for my blog this past year, and counted the number of photos in various categories as I went through them again, day by day. Flowers came in fifth, and they were featured 2 days ago; trees came in fourth, see them yesterday; today, the 3rd most uploaded category is sky/clouds/ sunset. It is not easy to pick just one picture to represent a giant bunch, as each photo has its own memory attached to it, in addition to the colorful representation seen here.
I remember this day, December 12. I had gone shopping and noticed it was nearly sunset. I remembered to bring my camera and was lucky to find an unobstructed view of the sky. The colors deepened and changed with the minutes. I took 49 photos as the sunset progressed. 49!! I liked this shot so much, I used it for my profile on photoblog...... |
