Yes!! Chilean Sea Bass!!

Frozen? Frozen Fish no less? Apparently the fisherman flash freeze the sea bass on deck after it is caught in the Antarctic Ocean. Since sea bass is endangered, fishing is allowed only twice a year, and ALL of it is frozen. Sam and I tried it out several weekends ago, and it really did taste like fresh. So between that and the mussels for appetizer, the most important items are secured for our dinner.
