Koffi is taking a group to his home village, Kpalime in Togo this summer for a 4 week cultural tour. Dance, drums, cooking, batik, language, voodoo. Maybe visit Ghana. Culcha, as they say in my home village of New York.Slower pace, simpler life. Everyone I talk to says that Africa is an experience not to be missed (no safaris here, mind you!) It's a trip I don't think I can pass up. Besides, I know just about everyone who is going from dance class.
