NIGHT Scenes (Featuring Wazee Za - IV)

The Wazee Supper Club has been closed for renovations. It was only supposed to be for 3 weeks, then 4,5 and 6!!! Sam and I have been without our favorite pizza and have been in incredible withdrawal. It finally re-opened this week, so we went downtown to celebrate. I have been on the alcohol-fish diet (all fish and no alcohol) and went off it in celebration. We walked around downtown and I took these pics....... Above: the Davita building is near completion. Here you can see the roof being constructed with all those cables. The angular cables are coming from the Millennial Bridge. Below: was the sign talking about me, LOL?

These stairs were lit in neon lights.......

.....and the next in the series of pizzas....tonight: kalamata olives (new offering with the new kitchen), roasted red peppers and pesto. Worth waiting for? I won't go into that........ PS - I don't know what that fork is doing on my plate -- don't for a minute get the wrong idea that I was using that fork to eat the pizza with !!!!!!!!!
