Cousins

Here is Sam and his cousin Erin. Erin lives in Austin and came to Colorado for his cousin's wedding. He and I stayed at Sam's last night after the wedding, as I decompressed from the whole hospital ordeal. Below: we went to Waffle House for an American breakfast, while I bulk up on those things I probably won't find in Africa. That's not to say there won't be wonderful foods there as well yet to be discovered........ but here is steak, biscuit, eggs over easy, and hash browns !!!!!!
