Putting the Final Touches on.......

It figures I picked today to spray my clothes with permethrin, the mosquito repellent that last through 6 washes !!! But it was pretty toxic, so I put on the rubber gloves and the safety glasses. I did get some on my forearm, and it was numb after a short while. Below: it was so humid, that the clothes took forever to dry. Here are some of the clothes drying.....they made sure to remind you to include the socks.......

And speaking of socks, the ER doctor advised that I wear support-hose at least on the long plane ride. No black, no skin color, just white. Like lederhosen. What a way to stand out in a crowd and look OLD!!! At least I didn't get the hip length stockings. Yuck!! I'm still not sure I will wear them, since the swelling has been slowly going down. We'll see.......
