I was initially amused when, after having my photo taken at the police station for my Police Clearance, I saw this logo beside it. I then realized that it's because the police force here in the country is supposed to indeed be "Manila's finest" but still... It's hard to take the clearance seriously with that logo floating about beside every single applicant's picture.
