WOW Christine, first, let me say that with you new camera and your macro lens, that your macro work is just smoking!! Your close up photography is impeccable!! The DoF on these close up are just superb!! Brilliant in fact!! Plus your scenery shots are just exceptional as you have done all along!! I must comment on you fifth shot - this macro is perfectly done!! Your qualtiy of your workmanship stays constant - as it should be!! PS: That is one huge pipe in your 6th shot. Man, you must need a lot of tobacco to fill this baby and one huge match to light it with!! Excellent post Chrtsitine, one of your best!!

I love this set! It has everything.....gorgeous macros (I especially love the dark blue gentian... and the light blue bells....Those are spectacular!) ,,,,beautiful scenery..... And those alpine horns! I have always wanted to hear what they sound like...... I imagine a very low and fairly loud sound?

En effet, bien étranges pour des plantes au sol. Mais rassure-toi, étranges mais vivantes !

Mabi, des plantes étranges...et il y avait même quelques belles plantes Chipotle, I thought you might appreciate ! Angeljoy, I have mixed feelings about the Swiss folkore, but this event was quite nice...I must admit Carley, the Alpe horn can play different tunes. I don't know how many notes you can get out of it. Only the position of the lips makes the difference. It is not like the ones played by the monks in Tibet, which have a very deep sound. Art, Switzerland is one of the few countries in the world where you can still smoke in public places, even in restaurants ! so don't be surprise by the size of our pipes !
