A chilled Birthday. We got up late because I'd forgotten to put the heating on timer and it was too cold to get out of bed.
We went for a walk in the woods and got spooked.
We had cake which I neglected to photograph.
I don't like Birthdays much.
This time 11 years ago he'd just been sliced out of me . Long long labour. (33 hours, the first 20 were good,very very good) He looked like he'd done 12 rounds in an illegal boxing match. It was good to see him though. I didn't know where to look first.

just happened...... later, when he was a very small baby, this music soothed him.
