I had a Lovely dream. It was a cold Winters night. Very Starry and we were coming back from somewhere. Maybe The Bell. Arm in Arm and wrapped up warm. He said he was cold so we ran to warm up. I was thinking of Tea and Toast when we got home but then I remembered he was Dead so he couldn't eat toast. I told him how nice it was to see him after all these years. He smiled a bit like this. Then we ran silently on, his arm round my shoulder, my arm round his waist. He felt so real and warm.
We weren't really friends. In fact he drove me bonkers. I only realised I liked him when he was dying.
