Like Fuchsia, I am sending you a hug and, if you feel like listening to it, a thought. Change something (hair, furniture layout, even the contents of the kitchen drawers). Just make a small change. Make sure you're eating regularly - don't skip meals, even if you have to force yourself to eat a little. Live by the hour - tomorrow can take care of itself. I have lived with people who suffer from this affliction. I call it a flu of the spirit. All it takes is a little time and patience and it will go away. I guess if we all didn't feel down at times we'd never know when we were feeling high... doesn't help though does it? Would a project to throw yourself into help? I know having something to do helps distract me when I start feeling down. Maybe putting together stuff for another exhibition or documenting the seasonal changes in a park or the seafront there, or counting the cracked paving slabs... anything, except sunrises - they happen way too early in the day. ????? · 2010-03-24: 03:32
