So I couldn't sleep til 10.30 this morning and I read every magazine in the house. Decline and Fall too challenging with whizzy head nattering away. Had about 5 hours sleep and now I'm munching Munchies and feeling OK ish.

I used to like Munchies, but I haven't had any for ages. You know what this means don't you? I'm going to end up buying some when I go out later, and it'll be all your fault. And just as I'm managing to kick the m&m and Revels habits... sigh
