Upon arrival at Siem Reap, the boat passes through a floating village. This village includes a floating school (with fenced-in floating basketball courts). These students were paddling back to land at lunch time.

These helpful notices were taped over a bed in our guest house in Siem Reap. Initially, we fretted that the Family Guest House attracts a rougher crowd than we had anticipated initially. Fortunately, these turned out to be more of a thoughtful recommendation than a dire warning.

My friend and I traveled to Cambodia for Chinese New Year. We arrived the evening of Feb. 6 in Phnom Penh, and took off by boat to SIem Reap (near Angkor Wat) early the next morning.

????? Yarr... This is stuff for wimps and wussies. I drink duck's blood and snake pee for breakfast. Shiver me cambos - this is childs play. Although the one of the little girl is cute. Nice snapshot.
