Although yesterday was Alberts Birthday and we did make a big fuss of him, there was too much going on with Easter to give him his pressies etc. So, we had his Geburtstagstisch (Birthday table) today instead! The little guy just turned 2 and is usually a very quiet little guy but he relished his day in the spotlight!! That's why I picked this photo for today.. not technically the best photo ever but it shows how Albert was enjoying the attention.. In this photo he was looking at a collage I made for him - with a photo of him every month of his life! His Mammy and Auntie Florrie are looking on.. (in fact there were 7 adults and 2 other smallies in attendance) By the way, he's also "wearing" a basket from a toy I gave him on his head.. it's not a fashion statement!

The other point is.. I bet some of ye are thinking "pity about the hair that is blocking his face" but it's sort of fitting.. my sisters are trying to convince me to get a fringe cut in my hair this week..(and I'm thinking about it!) Ironic that it would be a fringe that gets in my way today! ;) Watch this space!!
