Today was the next in my "Two-a-Day" plan..My flatmate has challenged me to do two interesting/active/social things everyday!! (She reminded me of this while I was dozing in an armchair after work!) I headed out and went for a walk alongside this part of Cork harbour.. it's a very secluded section known as Drakes Pool (According legend, Sir Francis Drake sailed here while hiding from the Spanish Armada in the 1500s) I went for a walk but was chased back to my car by a huge shower (you can see the first few drops in this photo!) I think that counts as one of my adventures for today right? ;)
