It was a busy sky!

This facing almost directly south, on a good clear day we can see a mountain ( Mt. Diablo ) in the san francisco bay area that is over 100 miles/160km away, and it about 4000 ft/1246m tall.

"Ya had to be there", everybody has probably heard this at least one time in their life. Taking photos is at best, sometimes, a crap shoot [ chance] . It's nice that photoblog gives everybody a media to share, enjoy somthing from our deck. cd

It's relaxing to look at. #6 is my favorite. Love those solar lights! And those dinners on the deck are awesome. Lovely post CD.

With a view from your deck like that you should be able to get an interesting shot most days, even the "not much to see today so he's the view" shots. It's funny, even pollution has can look good, it can help make some great sunset shots.
