Monday are our busy evening. I have meetings at school on Mondays until about 4:00 sometimes a bit later, then basketball practice starts at 5:00. I either cook ahead and heat it up or make something very simple. Today it ended up being peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for us and leftovers for Bill. Then practicing the new spelling words, bath/showers, reading books and off to bed.
