The much anticipated and long-awaited shopping mall, The Gardens, Mid Valley City opened its doors to the public on September 2007. It was indeed the "Battle of the Shopping Malls" here in the Klang Valley in the month of September when 3 shopping malls have been opened - Pavilion KL, The Gardens Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid 2.
