Fish head Hot Pot cooked Teochew-style - similar to a steamboat meal, this has a clear broth boiled in a hot pot with pieces of deep fried sek pan fish head, chunks of taro, tofu and vegetables to thicken the soup.


Lemongrass prawns and sotong

fragrant w/ crushed lemongrass and tinged yellow from the addition of turmeric powder.

Fried kailan - the stalks are cooked w/ garlic while the leaves are shredded and deep-fried. The kailan leaves are crispy and resemble dried seaweed.
