Tesco has this pasta sauce which is very healthy as its very low in fats, sodium and calories. I always go to Tesco whenever I am in Puchong and buy a couple of bottles. You will find yourself less thirsty compared to some other brands.
Tesco also sells wholemeal pasta. Its healthier than the normal pasta as there is more fibre. Using the sauce I mentioned, you will be having a wholesome and delicious meal! I know, because we tend to buy that sauce and pasta quite often. Go try it!
