Hi Emme, Generally, my experience with SR here in Spore has been quite positive. Even though I come from the same place as my good friend Chan Chiew in Malaysia, I've not yet been to SR in Malaysia. I imagine the quality should be the same. What was your bad experience like? Curious to know...
