For the dressing, mix together the following:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp Agave Necter (or Honey)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Poppy Seeds
2 tsp Greek Herbs
Most of these ingredients can easily be changed or left out entirely. For example:
Red Wine Vinegar - Cider Vinegar
Dijon Mustard - Whole-grain Mustard
Craisins - omited
Sweet Almonds - Honeyed Nuts
Honeyed Nuts
Oil a heavy pan
Add a drizzle of honey and gently heat
Add a mix of Almonds, Peanuts, Walnuts and Cashews
Continue to heat for about 10 min stirring regularly
Spread on a tray to cool
