I made this dress to wear to our last English Country Dance.
Inspired by 1860s ball gowns - I love taking ideas from many pictures and putting them together into one dress.
If I remember correctly, the underskirt hem had a circumference of over 6 metres - before adding the flounce!
The ensemble has some interesting components:
