I've been slacking big time on going to the gym... however, I've still been able to maintain my weight. Probably because I'm always physically active when I'm working and no longer sitting in front of a computer all day like I was at my last job... and I don't have much time to eat anymore. I am trying to get back into a good routine though but it's hard.

it is hard! I've tried 5 or 6 times now to get back into some kind of workout routine.
