We had the opportunity to have the congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard visit us at our school and discuss our thoughts on the situation in Bell. We also spoke about her beginnings in congress and how it has been for her, being the first Mexican-American woman in congress and about the importance of voting and educating others on it.
