When someone gets permission to build here, they add something nice to beautify the city. Often it seems to be fountains. This was the first, in front of a large bank. Every Saturday, wedding parties take photos near the fountain, and it's a favorite place for kids of all ages. Here some elementary school kids on lunch break have some fun at the fountain.
