Our friends invited us to their country home tonight, just past the village of Fontana. The view is amazing. Their home faces ostensibly prehistoric caves on the mountaintop, and a great view of Tchater Dag. Their geese came out to greet us. The bossiest one was named Vladimir Ilych Lenin, while the more docile one was Abraham. Then one day, Lenin started laying eggs -- whoops "he" was a she! I wish you could hear the sounds of birds at night from the forest -- just soooooo peaceful!
Next time, we hope to be able to explore the caves!
