A common way of making money during the summer is to stand near a tourist attraction with some animal. People can hold the animal and take their own picture with it. Here you see a monkey and an eagle. Others include tropical birds and boa constrictors. Not a fun time for the animals involved.

A lot of ups and downs today. Good and less good things. Good weather and stormy. Beautiful hills and flowers, and the stark reality of how we obtain our food. And up and down and up and down again the beautiful Crimean mountains.
