Living in Ukraine, and keeping kosher, doesn't give us much opportunity to eat out, so I was glad to take my friend to this kosher restaurant in Kharkov. It used to be an Egyptian restaurant. The new owners kept the decor, so it became 'the going out of Egypt...' The picture of it didn't come out, but below the floor runs a winding "river." As usual, I forgot to photograph the food, which was a tasty "bifstek" on a thin slice of baguette, in a Georgian tomato sauce with walnuts.
