A group of old friends from Uzbekistan are now living around the world. Each year they get together in Yalta. They wanted fresh kosher meat, and we connected them with a shoichet (ritual slaughterer) who flew in from Kiev for the day. While they looked for sheep, we waited in the garden of the villa.
