Today my sister-in-law made Japanese curry for dinner, and wow that is delicious. And for starters I organized a little speciality. Yesterday I marinaded 1 kilo of scampi in olive oil, garlic, chili, parsley, spring onion and a lot of other spices, this was in the fridge until this afternoon. I fried it on the pan in good butter for only a few minutes, served them with garlic bread, remoulade, shrimpsalad, crawfish and parsley on top. And wow! So delicious, especially in combination with some good wine:-) The picture is not so fantastic, but I thought the dish looked so good that I wanted to add it. And tomorrow it is New Years Eve:-):-) Happy New Year everybody!!!!!
