Freedom isn't free. I thank god all the time who fight for this country and acknowledge that I am blessed because of my many liberties. Traditionally people post pictures of fireworks for today, and I will later on in the week but I wanted to show off my personal freedom.

I decided to paint my furniture. The pieces that I have had since I was a little girl (maybe 7?). I threw one away and felt horrible. They were all wooden pieces that felt very dated so I painted this one chocolate brown with stenciled white zebra stripes. I've never been so modern. I still have to touch it up but its almost there :) On to the next chapter, I'm free of my childhood look. Happy independence day!!
