Day 25 - Hawks and moon

Don't know if I'll get more pics up today, but I managed to get a halfway decent shot of the moon this morning. I was disappointed that I missed a great moon shot last night; it was surrounded by clouds, but by the time I got somewhere where I could try for a shot, things had changed.

I think this is the first time I have posted a shot from my 'Mama bear' camera, the Canon S3. It's so much easier to carry around the SD800, but the S3 has far superior abilities, at the cost of size and ease of use. Yes, I'm pretty much a Canon boy, not that I feel that it's superior to Nikon or anything else out there, it started out as just coincidence, and it's been something I've just maintained over the years.

UPDATE: I was able to get some great shots of the 2 hawks near my office building, thanks to having the better zoom lens with me.
