Day 74 Super Burrito

I have finals and a big report due next week so I have my nose buried in books and study guides. I rewarded myself today with a burrito break at a taqueria up the street. As I've said in a previous post, I love love love my burritos.

I've done a bit of traveling around and even lived in Europe for a while and I realize that the Mexican-American burrito hasn't really spread past this small part of the world, which is such a shame because it is so good. If you haven't had a burrito, just imagine: melted cheese, avocado, sour cream, fresh salsa, fresh lettuce, cilantro, mexican rice, beans, and the meat of your choice (if you so desire) all wrapped up in a grilled tortilla. Mmmmm, maybe I'll have another for dinner.
