Day 82 Beach Sunday

We heard about a ten-mile paved bike trail through sand dunes. The trail turned out to be pretty amazing, at least for the first two miles until the paved part of the trail ran out. We attempted to bike on the hard-packed sand, which led to my bike and I getting soaked in the ocean when I couldn't outride the waves. (It's no easy task riding on sand.) It was quite an amusing scene. So we ended up just leaving the bikes for a bit and hiking up the beautiful beach.
