Time is what helps to heal that pain.

oh my goodness! I am so sorry to know this. I know it must be difficult! I like the illusion of pouring out your pain and letting it float away!!!! a prayer for you!

I had a shrink give me a great illustration of healing. She said to imagine yourself as a gingerbread man with a huge bite out of yourself. If you ignore the wound or stuff something in to it (school, work), it doesn't heal... it's still there, big as ever. But if you pay attention to it and help it heal, it gets smaller and hurts less. Why not do what you've said, lay on the ground and cry every time you feel sad... it's not a bad thing to do (I know because I used to lay on my husbands grave & cry) :-) Maybe talk to your family? Chances are they're all feeling the same...

I can't even begin to imagine what you are going through losing a sibling, but I am familiar with loss and my heart goes out to you! It does take time...I will be praying for you and your family to find peace as you continue to heal. I hope you are finding your photography a good outlet for emotion. You definitely have such a beautiful talent for it. =)

Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry for your pain. I can't even imagine. Your words of "pouring your pain into the earth & letting it float away" are just beautiful. What a way with words you have. I wish you peace.

Peace to you. Yes, time can be our friend or our enemy I've discovered. Cry, scream, rant, rave ~ whatever it takes, but don't hold it in. My prayers go up for you & your family!
