Day 217 Happy B-Day Mi Amor

August 7th marked my hubby's 32nd birthday, which gave me an official reason to celebrate the love of my life. I have been blessed in my life with a very great man. I love many things about him that make him unique and perfect for me.

Here are a few things I love about my hubby:

For one, he has a positive attitude about almost everything. Seriously, you could tell him that his car broke down, his dog ran away, all the chocolate disappeared from the face of the earth, and the sky was falling, and he would find something hopeful in all of that. In fact, it's hard for me to remember a day (or even an hour) when he was in a bad mood or took a negative spin on things. He almost always finds the positive in a situation, and this attitude pushes me to take a fresh and more hopeful perspective on things. All in all, he’s pretty easy to get along with and I think most people who know him would agree that he leaves good, happy vibes along the way.

You wouldn't know this from his scientist/mathematical persona, but he's become one of the best listeners I've ever met. He has a giving personality that allows people to share, open up, and feel heard. And what wife doesn’t want that?

He is full of will power and determination. I know when he has his mind set on something, he will accomplish it. I admire his will power—it inspires me to have more determination within myself, and at the same time, it gives me faith in him that he will make good things happen. I always believe in him.
