Day 237 Harvest

There's a local organic farm in our neighborhood, and if you help out with the harvesting that happens twice a week, you get to take home some of the leftovers that aren't sent to market. We suddenly have an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables.
There are so many tomatoes on our kitchen counter that we have been scratching our heads trying to figure out what the heck two people can do with soooo many of the juicy little suckers--so far we have made fresh tomato sauce, a big salad, and have grand plans for homemade pico de gallo. Other ideas?
