If you're thinking "HDR." You would be wrong. I will admit that I did bracket my shots when taking them, and that all of these were tweaked in PS Elements 6. But none of these photos are a combination of my bracketed shots.

What I did was to take the photo with the best sky and I then adjusted the light and color in the rest of the photo to roughly match the sky. In short, the sky is the key
