Hurray!!! Its Scones Day today! :) We're gonna make our own scones.

First, mix all the dry ingredients first. Flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and raisins. This is how the mixture looks like after the dry ingredients were mixed.

After adding milk and the egg, the mixture became a nice soft dough.

After it stays in the oven for 20 minutes in 230 degrees C, its all ready! Umm..... smells delicious!
Oh.. if you're wondering why the scones have funny decorations..... they're the kid's creations! :)
