Thank you for replying to my comment on your post "gardening can be dangerous"
I fully enjoyed your blog, and you have my full attention and awareness now on the Changing tomorrow's children foundation, you have my utmost respect of the work you are doing with these kids and the community in which you help. I have searched for your foundation online and watched some of your videos (great work by the way)
And watching them brought tears to my eyes, really,I feel like hopping on the next plane to QwaQwa! But I have to slow down here and not lose sight of my own projects in Southeast Asia, you see I live in northern Thailand and see all to many needy here as well. I have often wished or prayed if you will for some sort of support from a foundation such as yours,I mean I have given support solely on my own to many, but it has been with pleasure,I love helping where ever I can,but it does get exhausting at times,as I am sure you well know. Don't take me wrong I have no regrets and would do it all over again. I have learned to be a teacher,a parent, and a good friend to many. Fifteen years in Asia, before that, south America, central, and Mexico.
Thank you for opening my eyes to your cause,I will follow your ever growing progress, and stay open to any opportunities to help.
And back to my comment on your blog,I hate to see any young casualties out there and understand that sure some kids have no shoes, even if some kids do but don't want to get them dirty! I know kids love to be barefoot :) . I just mean that Kids with shoes-laborers...Kids with no shoes-managerial positions :)) There is a right workplace for everyone and sharp shovels do not go well with bare toes! :) Ouch!
Have a beautiful day and all the best to all those great kids there!
