I was driving home and saw this lovely tree..so, of course,I stopped to take a picture...more will follow...

wow i love the first pictures of the trees. they remind of some streets in my neighbourhood with trees in blossom (end of February beginning of March or so). i feel extremely happy when i see those trees, even when the blossom has fallen of the trees, because then the streets are covered by it.

I like the photos of the cherry blossoms, they are an amazing feat of nature. The blooming season is a very special time in Japan, I went crazy taking photos of them when they came out over here a little while ago. Oh so short lived though...
